The Riverstreet East Parking Garage is a building that will be co-developed in conjunction with the North Point Hospitality’s four River Street Hotels. This parking garage will include public parking and serve as a crucial lifeline to Valet parking the many hotel guests visiting this end of River Street. The garage incorporates pedestrian-oriented offices and retail along its facade, and complements the neighboring hotel architecture. Designed as a blend of precast concrete, brick, and ornamental metal screening around articulated window openings, the building looks more like an office building than a parking structure. High-quality urban streetscape improvements and improved accessibility to this site are all in the forefront of its design.
