Nestled in the heart of the Victorian Historic District along Park Avenue is a two story duplex that has been significantly altered over the years. Our design seeks to return the building to a single-family residence, retain the most notable portion of the original historic home on the Park Avenue side of the lot and remove the later additions and alterations which were inauthentic and visually discord. The addition of a carriage house to the lane side with a Studio Apartment above a garage will create a courtyard garden in-between for outdoor living and enhanced internal views.
