Jasmine Quarters is a Savannah vacation home overlooking historic Washington Square. Completed in 2014, Gunn Meyerhoff Shay designed the home to have a very Savannah feel, and relate to the historic context of the surrounding areas. The house was designed to appear as a single family home from the exterior, but once inside reveals two 1,500 square foot duplex apartments. Keeping with the character, there is also a 400 square foot studio carriage house in the rear of the property. These are all individually available for vactional rental.
