Completed in Winter of 2019, The Present is the firms first boutique STVR in the Historic District. Overlooking the basketball court and gazebo of Crawford Square, this historic renovation was once a residence and funeral home that now features a 14-room boutique guest experience with new and existing artistic features. The previous owners were renowned artists and left behind a trove of custom chandeliers and sconces, plumbing fixtures and unique wallpaper. Our team worked with a development/owner/operator out of Boston, general contractor and interior decorator Elizabeth Demos to create 14 unique spaces! Stay tuned for more pictures.
