Edgewater is a vacation resort located on Hutchinson Island just across the Savannah River from historic downtown Savannah. Phase One of the project is currently in design and will include 96 two bedroom vacation units. Future phases will add an additional 216 rooms.  Visitors will enjoy new site amenities including a large pool, splashpad, outdoor sports and grilling areas.  The site has excellent views of the Talmadge Bridge and Savannah’s River Street and visitors will have access to Savannah’s water ferry from the existing docks. The building is post-tensioned concrete with brick and stucco exteriors.  Construction TBD.
