Gunn Meyerhoff Shay has had the pleasure of working with Ben Carter Enterprises in the creation of the vision for a Renaissance on Broughton Street. Once known as the shopping street of Savannah, over the last 40 years the street’s architecture has been neglected. While there have been many stores and restaurants that kept the spirit alive, the lack of an overall design for the street scape has failed to bring Broughton back to its former glory. Now, with the vision of Ben Carter, we are proposing to bring those glory days back, and move with confidence into the 21st century!
