For over 60 years, GMSHAY has been the proven local expert in Savannah, Georgia. We are a full-service architecture and urban planning firm known for our innovative designs that timelessly knit with Savannah's beloved Oglethorpe Plan.

Meet Jessica

Director of Business Development

Jessica Moeslein, returning to our team, holds the positions of Director of Business Development, leader of the Colorado Office, and Project Architect. She earned her Master of Architecture from SCAD in 2017, joining GMSHAY with a focus on hospitality and institutional design.

Notable projects include the masterplan of River Street East, The Hilton Hotel, and Benedictine Military School Athletic Facilities. Upon moving to Colorado, Jessica became a licensed architect in the state of Colorado and lead production of various multifamily communities throughout Colorado for Reylenn Properties, Toll Brothers Apartment Living, BMC Investments, Endeavor Real Estate Group, and Sares Regis Group. 

One of her most notable projects includes Solana Beeler Park, a LEED Silver project, which she lead from Design Development through Construction Phase.
